Questions we get asked
It depends on the build — ask us about your specific enclosure and we’ll tell you plainly whether it’s built in-house or sourced and quality-checked. We won’t claim one when it’s the other.
Sealed enclosures are smaller, more forgiving of volume errors, and generally tighter-sounding. Ported enclosures are larger, need more precise tuning, and generally play louder for the same power. See our sealed vs ported guide for the full comparison, or call us with your subwoofer’s model number.
Start with your subwoofer’s spec sheet — it lists a recommended airspace range. Use our volume calculator to check a box’s actual internal airspace against that number.
Yes — tell us the make, model, year, and where you want the enclosure to sit, and we’ll work out what’s realistic. See how it works for the process.
It depends on the build and current order volume. Contact us with your specifics and we’ll give you a real timeline, not a generic one.
See our payment policy for the current accepted methods.
Custom-built enclosures generally aren’t returnable once production starts, since they’re built for your specific subwoofer and vehicle. Ready-made items may be returnable — see our returns policy for the full picture.
We currently ship within the United States. See our shipping policy for details on how shipping works for different item sizes.
Tell us the brand and model number and we’ll do our best to track down the real airspace recommendation before we size anything.
