We ship within the United States. Because our catalog ranges from small parts to large enclosures, shipping method and cost depend on what you’re ordering.
How things ship
Smaller items (subwoofers, hardware, accessories) generally ship by standard parcel carrier.
Enclosures and larger items may ship freight depending on size and weight. Freight shipments typically require someone available to receive the item.
Cost and timing
Exact shipping cost and estimated delivery time depend on the size of your order, your location, and current carrier rates. We’ll confirm both before your order ships — we don’t publish a flat shipping rate because it genuinely isn’t one for a catalog this size.
Custom and built-to-order enclosures
If your enclosure is built to order, shipping time starts after the build is complete, not at the moment you place the order. We’ll give you a realistic estimate for your specific build when you order.
Damage in transit
Inspect your shipment when it arrives. If anything is damaged, contact us before you discard any packaging — (775) 541-2950 or through our contact page — and we’ll work out the next step with you.
Questions before you order
If you need a shipping estimate before you commit to an order, ask us. We’d rather tell you the real number up front than surprise you later.
